Kaitlyne Fields grew up in Heyworth, IL where she danced recreationally for 10 years.

She then began dancing competitively in Bloomington for 3 years and completed her final 2 competitive years in Morton at Captivation Dance by Kaleigh.

Kaitlyne graduated from Illinois State University in December 2022 with a bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership and a minor in Dance Performance. 

While at ISU, Kaitlyne had the opportunity to study dance abroad in Uganda.

Kaitlyne has been teaching a variety of styles of dance (although Hip-Hop is her favorite!) for 8 years and has won multiple choreography awards at various competitions.

She is so happy to be teaching at AAD! Kaitlyne has been an asset to All About Dance not only as an inspiring teacher but as a wonderful choreographer and co-director for our Pre-Competitive team and Company!

Natalia was born in Buenos Aires , Argentina. She began her classical training at the age of 6 under the tutelage of Josefina Serrano. 

At the age of 10 she was encouraged by her teacher to audition to the Instituto Superior de Arte del Teatro Colon and after auditioning with hundreds of kids of her age, she was accepted. This school produces some of the finest dancers of our time, many of them are currently principal dancers in major ballet companies throughout the world like the Royal Ballet, American Ballet Theater, Paris Opera Ballet and more. The school is based in the The Teatro Colón (Spanish: Columbus Theatre) which is the main opera house in Buenos Aires, Argentina. It is ranked the third best opera house in the world and is acoustically considered to be amongst the five best concert venues in the world therefore providing her plenty of performance opportunities through her young training years. During that time she toured to some Argentinian provinces with the Maximiliano Guerra ballet company. After the intensive eight year program she graduated.

At the age of 18, being the youngest in her category she won the gold medal at III Certamen Internacional de Danza held in Buenos Aires. That competition ignited her career and the following year she was hired as soloist for the Ballet Municipal de Asuncion in Paraguay were she danced roles in Le Corsaire, Paquita among others. She also taught in various dance studios of the Asuncion area. She was invited as a guest artist to dance in the Novo Hamburgo dance Festival in Brazil. 

After that she moved to Chile where she danced for several ballet companies like Ballet de Camara, Ballet Raices. She also joined the prestigious Ballet de Santiago where she danced classics like Swan Lake, Nutcracker among others.

Later she moved to the US and danced and toured all over the country for several years performing leading roles in classical and neoclassical works  with repertoire like Les Sylphides, Don Quixote, Giselle and Sleeping Beauty.

She has been teaching for the past sixteen years. Her philosophy is to inspire the younger generations and share her passion and love for ballet. She is Progressing Ballet Technique certified and also offers private lessons and coaches for  the prestigious Youth America Grand Prix (YAGP) Ballet Competition.

Alyssa Vidmar has been dancing since she was 2 years old! She has competitive experience with both studio and school teams. Alyssa is currently on the Illinois State Competitive Dance Team while pursuing an Engineering Degree and even placed 2nd at NDA Nationals! She loves teaching and sharing her passion for dance with others while helping students grow, have fun, and feel confident!

Ella Frerker is going into her second year of teaching at All About Dance! She is currently a sophomore interior design major at Illinois State University. She has been a dancer for 14 years, and is thankful to be able to continue her dance career at ISU on the Poise Dance Team. Ella is so excited to teach the kids, and can’t wait for a new season!
